Requirements

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in building products for SaaS businesses, with a focus on Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, Lead Generation, CRM, and other growth-centric software.

Passionate about identifying and solving customer pain points.
Strong understanding of usability and user interface design.
Skilled in conducting user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to build differentiated products.
Experience in taking products from concept to market (0 to 1 journey).
Ability to work closely with designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing products.
Strong understanding of business strategies and how to align product development with business goals.
In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS growth industry, including market trends and what drives sales.
Experience in creating product-related content for internal use as well as sales activation
Adaptable to rapidly changing business needs and technology landscapes.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a knack for finding creative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
